Colin Shaw MA, TEP, Solicitor (England), Attorney-at-Law, Notary Public (Cayman Islands)
Colin Shaw was educated at Cambridge University, England, from which he graduated with an MA in law. He was admitted as an English solicitor in 1978 and worked as a corporate lawyer with the City of London firm of Freshfields before moving to the Cayman Islands in 1981. He was a partner with the Cayman Islands law firm of Maples and Calder from 1983 to 1995. Subsequently he founded Colin Shaw & Co, based in Grand Cayman. Mr Shaw specialises in private trust, estate planning, mutual fund, capital markets, corporate and finance work. He is a director of a number of significant offshore mutual funds and private trust companies and has spoken at many conferences within his fields of expertise. He is member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a Notary Public in the Cayman Islands. He is the current author for the Cayman Islands of “International Succession Laws”, published by Tottel Publishing.

Anne Shaw MA, Solicitor (England), Attorney-at-Law, (Cayman Islands)
Anne Shaw was a scholar at Girton College, Cambridge University, England, from which she graduated with a First Class Honours degree in law. She was admitted as an English solicitor in 1980 and worked for Farrer & Co, a well-known London Firm specialising in private client work. She was admitted as a Cayman Islands Attorney-at-Law in 2004, joining her husband’s law practice, Colin Shaw & Co. Mrs Shaw specialises in planning law, real estate, secured lending, corporate and commercial work.
Thomas Shaw, LLB Attorney-at-Law, (Cayman Islands), Notary Public (Cayman Islands)
Tom Shaw was educated in the Cayman Islands and at Bryanston School, England. He graduated from the University of Liverpool with a LLB in law in 2012. He also attended Boston University, USA, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2006 and after a spell in the hospitality industry with the Ritz Carlton organisation, joined Wardour Management Services Limited in 2008. He was admitted as a Cayman Islands Attorney-at-Law in 2015, joining the law practice, Colin Shaw & Co..
